Refund & Returns Policy

(Limited Edition Policy – Limi)

1. Limited Edition Nature

All products are strictly limited editions, produced in exclusive quantities.
Due to the collectible and ownership-based nature of our brand, returns and refunds are highly restricted.


2. Return Eligibility (48 Hours Only)

Customers may request a return within 48 hours of delivery only and strictly under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • All components (box, cards, accessories, inserts) must be included.

  • No seals may be broken.

  • No visible damage or handling marks.

Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Limited edition pieces once used.

  • Opened or unsealed products.

  • Sale items.

  • Any product missing components.

  • Any item returned without proof of purchase.


4. Inspection & Approval

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

If the product does not meet our strict return conditions, it will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.


5. Refund Method

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, including:

  • Clear photos

  • Unboxing video

  • Order number


7. Ownership Integrity Clause

Due to the collectible nature of our limited editions, once ownership is transferred and the item is used or registered, it cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
